These terms govern your use of the Macro Polo website at getmacropolo.com, including the blog. Macro Polo is a product of Egghead Labs ("we", "us"), a micro enterprise registered under the Udyam scheme (Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India), based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please close the tab (Polo will not take it personally).
1. Macro Polo is in early access
Macro Polo is a diet-tracking app that is currently in development. This website describes the product we are building. Features shown on this site, including meal planning, price comparison across grocery services, crews, quests, and levels, describe planned or in-progress functionality and are illustrated with sample data. They are not a guarantee that any feature will exist, work as depicted, or be free. The plan is for the core app to be free, with certain premium features (such as AI-powered ones) free to try for the first 7 days. Final pricing and trial terms will be published when the app launches and may differ.
2. Not medical or dietary advice
Content on this site, including protein targets, calorie figures, meal examples, and blog posts, is general information for a general audience. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a qualified doctor or registered dietitian. Nutritional needs vary by person. If you have a medical condition (for example diabetes, kidney disease, high uric acid, or an eating disorder), or you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a professional before changing your diet. Never disregard professional advice because of something you read here.
3. About prices and savings figures
Rupee figures on this site (for example a full day of eating for about ₹120) are real-world examples computed from market prices observed in September 2026, such as wholesale and retail egg rates and listed prices on quick-commerce platforms. Grocery prices change daily and vary by city, store, pack size, and season. The figures are illustrations of what careful planning can achieve, not quotes, offers, or guarantees of what you will spend.
4. Third-party names
Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, and other brand names on this site belong to their respective owners. They are used only to describe where groceries can be bought. Macro Polo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of them.
5. Our content
The Macro Polo name, wordmark, mascot, pixel art, and all text and design on this site belong to Egghead Labs. You may not copy, scrape at scale, or reuse them commercially without permission. Sharing links and reasonable quoting with attribution are welcome.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. No warranties, limited liability
The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this site.
